Symbol math and programming

I think in Mathcad with Maple not MuPAD we can work both with Symbol math and programming.In Prime - no - see pls pic and file.Can anybody check it (creat the file about cone volume) in Mathcd 11 for example.

In Mathcad 11.2, it can not work too. And other functions defined by programming also can not be used in symbol math.

Mathcad's symbolics can't work with ranges if the end value is variable.

or Maple
