Using lookup function with 2 inputs

Hi, 

I'm brand new to Mathcad so apologies if this is a silly question. I'm trying to figure out how to check inputs for columns 0 and 1 to provide an output in column 3. In this case colum 0 input is 100, column 1 input is 3, and therefore column 3 output should be 1/2500.

With Excel i would use XLOOKUP and use '&' operator to combine 2 inputs. However, I can't figure out a way of doing this (yet) with Mathcad. Any advice?
