...couldn't find it in Help...does it return a number to the precision in the first placeholder?

I tried to take a derivative. I guess that I figured if it shouldn't work, I'd get some message saying so...I'll keep a better eye out for those "partially-implemented" symbolics...

Symbolics are not part of Prime 1.0. They won't be finished until Prime 2.0, so just ignore them in the Alpha. They will be turned off for the released version of Prime 1.0.
