Where have the slider controls gone ?

I have been using MCad for years and years and years ( I remember when it was DOS based ) and have used slider controls many times without problem.

But now I click in an empty space, then insert, controls, slider and nothing happens - I can't create any of the controls - except Web Control, which works a bit differently.

I am using 15 and XP

Any ideas anyone ???
