figures are not shown in learning programm

when I look to the learning Programm, I can not see the figures in it. A screenshot is seen below. Can you please help me?

You may be missing a component (although I have no clue what component that could be), or the German version doesn't have the pictures.

Try re-installing?

Below picture is from Prime 3.1 Express edition.

Just note that to change the language, you must go to on the tab "Configuration" ---> "Language":
