There is no way to convert a Mathcad sheet into Excel format other than retyping the vital information in Excel.
But I can see no reason for doing so as Mathcad is much more capable.
Do you really have a conversion in mind or are you just looking for a way to export specific data values to Excel? For the latter there a a number of ways and I always found the command WRITEEXCEL to be the less troublesome.
When I look at your sheet i noticed that you did not use any units - they are rather just written in parenthesis besides the numbers. You may consider to assign the correct units to your variables - after all being able to correctly handle units is one of the strengths of Mathcad.
