It is Creo Parametric that you are using. The problem is the model you have was not started using one of our template models.
I would suggest you exit Creo, browse to "C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M###\creo_standards" (### represents your build code number) and use the batch file named configure to select a unit system and drawing standard. This will ensure you are using a good template model for your parts, assemblies and drawings.
