Can't Acquire Student License Through Free Download

The .dat file is empty when I enter the student licensing code and the license summary path is invalid. These two problems are pictured below.

Hi,

I think that Creo installer is not able to recognize network card.

Please do following:

  • open Command prompt window
  • run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command
  • upload ip.txt file created by previous command

I will check the contents of ip.txt file and let you know what to do.
