My license for the student version of creo 9 expired and I've tried deleting everything and reinstalling with a new account and it still says license expired. In the error message when I click renew license and put in my information it says "Customer not verified".

Hi,
according to https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo9_schools_standard.pdf
you have to go to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and delete all older license files (you can also move them to another folder until the Creo 9.0 is installed). After the folder is empty you can proceed with installation.
