Cant Renew Student License

When I try and open creo it says my license has expired and brings me to a page that says I don't have the privilege's for. I'm trying to do school work but I cant because I cant open creo.

Hi,

1.] delete old license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory

2.] run reconfigure located in Parametric\bin sub-directory in Crep installation
