Following the provided document, I enter my product code under the node locked license generation, and it sits and spins but doesnt respond... please advise

Hello,

 

Please submit a request to academicsupport@ptc.com with the mac address of the computer and the product code and my colleague will send you the license file.

We know about this issue that is impacting some of the education users, we have the fix for it going live at the beginning of next week.
