After I insert the product code and i login it stucks at processing without giving me the 'Success' message. Please help me.

please send email with license request to academicsupport@ptc.com
Send the Mac address and the product code and they will send you the license file.
You will save license file to some folder and during installation enter path to the file in highlighted field.
