Creo Parametric 6.06.0 Student License renewal.

Well I have a problem Renewing My  student License.  I I tried to Renew my license But It didn't work out.

Please help me Quickly... I'm already making some projects right now... I hope I can handle this problem asap.

And I already changed my account password but, he says "I can't verify whether you are a customer."
