"Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to... <path>... Please send it to technical support."
1) How should I send it? Via email? Is there a web form, etc.?
I downloaded STEP files from the Internet. The error occurs while I'm assembling the parts in Creo. It has happened twice now on the same project, and I have rebooted at least once.
2) Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot? Or explain further here? Or is sending the traceback file to PTC support my best option? Thanks.
(Running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit , Service Pack 1 on a Dell Lat\itude E6430 w/ 8 GB RAM)

ask some of your team-mates. You can also upload problematic STEP file and tell us what Creo Parametric version do you use.
