Erro acessar Technical Demo Development Homepage

I'm accessing the PTC Velocity site when I go to the Technical Demo Development Homepage link I get an error that I can't access the page, is there any place I can send a request to check this error?

This is not the Velocity, this is the Hub. I'd say that you are using an old link, that has been moved away from sharepoint some time ago.
