Installation assistance (Creo)

Hi,

 

I am trying to install Creo Academic Edition in CAD LAB of 50 machines, It takes too long for me to install in each machine one after the other, Is there any easier way to perform bulk installation at once?

Hi,

 

download http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/171806/en/creo4_m020_install.pdf document, open it and search for network keyword.

    You have 2 options:

    1) Do a network install and point all the classroom computers to the common location.

    2) Copy the installed folder to the other machines. Creo does not use the registry, so a copy of the program between machines works fine.

      Additional note:

      In case of network installation, you have to set environment variable for Creo Platform agent.
