Crash on start up

when i open creo 4.0 it displays a warning "lisence request failed at feature" then when i hit ok it crashes.

can some one help my fix it.

Me to, I have done a fresh install, as my computer was recently re-imaged, so I am definately getting a new licence in the proceedure. 

It goes on to say that my licence does not support this version.

Looking at the licence file sent in the confirmation email from PTC it seems that the licence is infact for Creo 3.0 , this is the licence that was generated when a ran the creo 4.0 schools setup, how do I get a creo 4 Education licence??

i have been looking around and have found that the only way to fix this would be to install creo 3.0

(i did not mean to put the amazon link it what an accident :p)
