Subject instructions are to "unzip" the zip file. However, there is not one file but two ('MED-100WIN-CD-390_M120_Win32-64.zip.part' and 'MED-100WIN-CD-390_M120_HelpCenter.zip.part'), and neither are .zip files: both are .part files. One cannot "unzip" .part files until they are successfully merged into a single .zip file. Can someone please provide the instructions for accomplishing this merge operation?

This most certainly sounds like a failed download. Many browsers and download managers will create ".part" files during the download process, but upon successful completion of the download the ".part" files are combined into the final file and then automatically deleted.
Hi Otis,
I believe that this is a local problem for you as I cannot replicate this issue. Is it possible for you to attach a screenshot?
Have you tried to re-download the file?
