When i try to install licensing, occurs a fail that says "Invalid file or format"

look into https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Student-edition-License-invalid-file-or-format/m-p/655205 discussion. It suggests to get license file via e-mail. Did you send such e-mail?
