License is lost after restarting the PC

Hallo,

nach jedem Neustart meines PCs, erhalte ich einen Fehlercode beim öffnen von Creo Parametric 7. Nachdem ich die Lizensierung erneut durchgeführt habe, funktioniert das Programm (bis zum nächsten Neustart). Ich verwende die Studenten Lizenz meine Universität. Leider habe ich keinen Kontakt für Creo Parametric Support gefunden.

Hi,

first of all, thank you for trying to help!

I changed to not randomizing th Mac-Address but I still have the same Issue with the License.

Everytime I use a different Wifi or no connection to the Internet, I have to reconfigure Creo and add a new License. I`m already running out of Licenses.
