Hello support team,
I just installed Creo 4.0 for academic use, license settings as shown in the pictures below. I'm using Cisco Anyconnect for the VPN connection to my universites internet. When inserting the license path during the installation, status was 'available'. When running Creo Parametric, connected via VPN, the error shown below accures. I already tried uninstall and install and tried without VPN connection. I also checked my firewall settings, settings attached below too.

Hi,
error -96 usually means that communication is blocked by firewall on license server side.
