Hello @MG_13138578,
This seems okay.
For Student accounts, there is no upgradation process. What's important is that you use the correct form to create the account. On the account creation page you'll need to select the "Education" form and fill it to create an education account.
Your web account is setup correctly. If you face an issue with your web account, please open a web account case using the Web account case logger.
However, for your Student version software you can open a ticket using our Education support case logger
In the field highlighted, please select any other issue type other than "Installation Errors". Create a case and our Academic support team should be able to help you.
Hope this helps.

Hello @MG_13138578,
Thank you for your question!
I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. It also helps to have screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process. This will increase your chances to receive meaningful help from other Community members.
Note: You have posted this question on the Educational Products discussion board. But the question seems to be related to your PTC.com web account. It seems you are trying to access an area on the PTC website which requires a customer support account(an active maintenance contract with PTC). If you are a PTC Customer with an active maintenance/subscription, you must upgrade your web account to a customer support account.
If you are a student using the Free Academic software, you might want to refer to Article - CS108296 - Need technical assistance with the Free Academic Edition of PTC Products. Or you could continue this discussion by adding more details to it.

Hello;
Thank you for your answer. As I added in the photos below, the letter appears on the PTC eSupport page, although it is registered as a student, and the letter appears on the training page. I think I need to upgrade my account as a student, not as a customer.

Thank you for requesting both links. I had already selected as a student when I first registered.
