Move License to Another Computer

Hello PTC Team,

A bit ago I installed PTC Creo 5 School edition on my laptop. I am getting ready to retire that laptop, but would like to keep the software. Is it possible to move the license to another computer?

what does mean PTC Creo 5 School edition ?

Is it free version (Product code: BK500806ED0790-Y3M9-4RW5 or BE500806EDSTUDENTEDK12) ?

-OR-

Did you buy it in PTC e-store ?

If it is free version then simply try installing it on new computer.
