Solved: PTC E support for student account???

I have been using creo parametric 2.0. when i go to help it asks for only customer login. is E support available only for customer account or what???

Since you are paying a reduced price for the student edition, online customer support and the call center are not available. Student edition support is through the link in the referenced community.
