I had an issue with my computer and had to reset / fresh install Windows.
On Login, I see: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type."
After searching high and low in these forums, I found this link, which is also not helpful:

It says its meant to "Transfer an Existing Student License" (which I think is what I want to do) - from https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Transferring-Mathcad-Single-User-or-Student-license-from-an/ta-p/819143#M1600
but it gives the same unhelpful message that says: "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com."
Isn't this the whole point of the transfer tool?
Incredibly frustrated after purchasing the license.
