Pro ENGINEER Wildfire Schools Edition does not start

Hello,

I have installed the programme and everything went fine. Although when i click the icon on my desktop nothing happens. If I look in the taskmanager I have a process called nmsd.exe active. Although the programme doest not start?

Anyone have a solution?
