Roy, Start the install of Pro/E again and notice the PTC HOSTID detected by the installer (lower-left corner of installation startup window). Then, with a text editor, open the license file (.dat file) that you received. Near the top of the file, you will find a line that lists your HOSTID as “#Cpu ##-##-##-##-##-##� (i.e., 0C-EE-E6-93-A8-A0). If the HOSTID listed in the .dat file does not match the HOSTID detected by the installer, you can fix this by reordering your network cards.
