Hi, I have same problem...

I disabled randomization of WiFi MAC address but the problem is still there. What do you recommend to do please?

Hi,

  • move all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory into another directory
  • uninstall Creo
  • install Creo

Hi,
