Student licence

Hi,
I have problem with my Student licence. I had mathcad prime 6.0.0.0 on my old computer. I wanted install this software on my new computer, but when I fill data on this link (https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download) I don't get any answer on my mail.
