Impossible Creo PTC use/opening

When I try to open PTC 4.0 (Student Edition), there's an error message:
"Creo Parametrics Student Edition (for educational use only) va s'arrêter.
Impossible d'enregistrer l'agent de qualité : accès utilisateur insuffisant." (it's in French)
I don't know why there's this message... I can't use Creo PTC...
