Hi,

I hope you know where Creo is installed on your computer. Please use Search functionality embedded in File Explorer to locate parametric.psf file.

Did you read following documents?

https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo11_schools_standard.pdf

https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo11_unistudent_standard.pdf

Yes I did. I am not able to locate the parametric.psf file. All the steps of installation were done. Yet it's not opening.

Hi,

try to find parametric.exe file. It is located in Parametric\bin subdirectory. By default parametric.psf file is located in the same directory. If parametric.psf file does not exist then you skipped licensing during installation.

Just to be sure that you know how to search for a file, I added following link

https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+11+file+explorer+search+file&oq=windows+11+file+explorer+search+file

Hey

I have searched in the file explorer. I couldn't find the parametric.psf file. Maybe I have skipped the license part. So should I delete and reinstall?

Hi,

yes. Unistall Creo and install it again from scratch.
