Hello, after trying open Plastic Advisor thru Save As I get statement "Option PlasticAdvisor not ordered, please contact your sales representative." however I installed it and running fresh installation of creo 2.0. Thanks for response

Hi,

your license does not contain code for PlasticAdvisor module. I do not know how to get PlasticAdvisor module license, try contacting your CAD administrator and then PTC.
