licence problem

Dear Mr. or Mrs,

I´m a student of the Technical University of Ostrava and I´m working on my dissertation.

I made a registration at PTC at 31st of january 2016 and after that I got a confirmation about registration. I downloaded your software Creo 2.0 but I still haven´t  received the licence from you. Could you help me with this problem, please?

did you follow a procedure described in http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo3_unistudent_standard.pdf document ?

If you're trying to install Creo 2.0, you can use this guide: http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo2_student_uni.pdf

A product code is included in the install instructions.
