Access Denied

I have created a ptc account. Not able to download any software. while clicking on dowload software i am getting the access denied error message.

Could you please resolve it?

Hello RS53_10065214,

Your PTC.com web account which was created on 1st October 2021 is not yet verified. Verification of your email is the last step to be completed after which you should have access to the maintenance areas on eSupport portal

We have Resent the activation e-mail to ramya.s53@infosys.com.

Do check your inbox for latest emails from PTC Account Support with subject "Activate your PTC.com account upgrades".

Complete the steps as mentioned in the email and you should be all set.
