Dylan (Case Logger) becomes unresponsive

The new Dylan case logger is extremely buggy and user unfriendly.  It becomes unresponsive and none of the javascript links work.

Please provide a way to bypass it.

I've opened case 13536030 and our Integration team will help with the investigation.

It will help if you could add the following to the case:

- Browser details

- Whether the issue is sporadic or consistently reproducible

- Whether the issue is still happening if you empty browser cache / cookies and start in safe mode / with any extensions or themes disabled

We're not aware of any other issues wilth the case logger at the moment.
