How do I found out the online supervisor for our account?
My account has not been given the licence admin/download privileges yet although it was already upgraded to be a live support OU account.
The accounts supervisor at the OU needs to grant these privileges to this account, but I don't know who it is?
Hi @IS_9563398, please log into ptc.com/support, click your name in the top right corner, then navigate Manage My Web Account > eSupport Settings. You should see an "Online Supervisors" section there with the email address(es) of your Online Supervisor(s).
