Question on older call details

Through support portal, we get dump / export of all call details only for last 6 months. In case if we need details of all calls opened in last 2 yrs, how can we get this.

Update: "Advanced" tab works fine.

Switch to the 'Advanced' tab and change the dates to whatever range you desire.
