@åwijkmark thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have been able to reproduce the behaviour and I have logged it with our web team to investigate further. I will update you when I have more information.
@åwijkmark this issue has been resolved by our web team. You can use the SPR Tracker (https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/spr_tracker/spr_tracker.jsp) to find SPRs where you are the case contact.
