Since Thursday of last week, the Performance Advisor dashboard for Windchill and Creo has not been displaying any data (see attached images).
The problem is definitely not on the user side but on the PTC side, as there are already several open support tickets regarding this issue (see, for example, CS454950).
Can other users confirm what I have written above?

I believe the problem you are reporting concerns browsers that use Chromium as their engine.
With Firefox, there are no problems logging in, but then there is no visible data.
I just tried Firefox and still can't go any further. Either I no longer have access, or something on this page is broken. The buttons do nothing.

The issue has been indeed reported to Tech Support and we issued the article you attached to your post.
It has been raised internally and we are facing an IT situation.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Our ops have been notified as soon as possible, they are actively working on it and the incident is being monitored by Tech Support.
If this is pressing on your end feel free to file a new case, this will weigh in the balance.

clicking on the image opens the details where the data is correct (see below image), but even for me ‘Peer Reports’ displays the same data as yours..
If you notice any discrepancy file a Performance Advisor case and we'll have a closer look.
