I get hits
when I go to Documentation tab it goes away and Axeda is no longer there

Appreciate you alerting us to this. The issue was not limited to Axeda, but all PTC reference documents. We re-established the connection to that content source yesterday and ran a full crawl, and so the issue has been addressed.
Next step for us is to investigate improvements to our monitoring of this application, so that we can address similar issues before they present to customers.

It is a very old document that no longer corresponds to current Product Management Axeda EOL
