When I try to update my profile on www.ptc.com support page it keeps complaining about matching Question and Answer.
But the Question and Answer cannot be found anywhere on this page:

Our team found a code regression which led to this issue. It had affected a handful of other customers too.
They have re-synced the code now, so you should be all set.
Could you please confirm that the error is now gone, and you are able to update your web account ?
