EVERY time I search the search results show briefly and then are wiped out and replaced by results from a search done months ago. This makes eSupport useless.
I have refreshed my browser and deleted all cookies. This seems to come from the PTC side.

I will be in my office on Tuesday this week if that works. The issue continues to occur.
Noticed that @MidwestMark had the same issue. Tried the suggestion from @PeterCase to use a Private Firefox window.
The problem goes away in private windows.
The problem continues to exist in non-private windows.
Does that help anyone understand the issue?
@MidwestMark Could you confirm whether the issue continue to occur in Incognito Mode (or Private browsing)?
