eSupport main page : Error while getting Active Requests.

When I get to the eSupport main page I cannot see any of the cases I opened :

When clicking on "View request history" another tab opens but I get the following error :

Would someone have any clue on what is happening here?

Could you please check if you still are facing this issue? If yes, we can connect to troubleshoot and fix it.
