Creo 6.0.3.0 crashes on launching.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.3.0

Creo exit just after launching.

Here are the errors that I faced
std.err file generated with below error

pm_is_portmapper_port_busy: bind failed, error = 10013
pm_is_portmapper_port_busy: bind failed, error = 10013


Recently Changed OS Version from Windows 7.0 to Windows 10.

Hi,

in Services try finding PTC portmapper service and stop it. Uninstall PTC portmapper - you do not need.
