May be the PTC license server is down.
Continue to work.
If the time is over you will get this screen:
Push Request activation key
Probably you will get
it is a bit strange but you have to choose the option
Continue to this website (not recommended).
Then you come to the login page where you will receive the manual Password
that gives you again 72 hours working time.
Copy the password and paste it in Manual Product Activation.
