Easy way to show network routing to others?

I am wondering if there is a way to easily show your network layout to other people, before adding wires and splices etc.?    The network is not too bad, but in thin wire mode it is not highly visible.  Would be nice if you could quickly make it all solid.  Or even, more likely a possibility, a config setting to make the network appear thicker.

This would allow evaluation of routing at an earlier stage of the design.

We actually offer something along this line as a part of our AutoRouting application - we call it the "Cable Extraction" tool. We have a video highlighting the functionality here.

Although the tool is mostly used for creating solid geometry for cables (via centerline + sweep), it can also be used to just extract the centerlines alone.

In this scenario, since the centerline does not have a diameter, you could extract the centerline, then quickly create a sweep as desired.
