rmyers!  Thank you so much for taking the time to write this.  I just updated to Windows 10 finally and my mouse stopped scrolling in Creo!  This very old post saved my bacon.  Thank you for the pictures and great description.

I have found solutions for Windows 10 in this post, but how do I get Windows 7 with Creo4.0 to work with my mouse? I have no functionality for panning, zooming or rotating.
