Linear dimension creation with reference of bendaxis

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM140

In drawing sheet while creating linear dimension with reference of edge and bend axis dimension created but getting PRO_TK_INVALID_MATRIX error while using this api "PROANNOTATIONSHOW".

when the drawing is active that time there is no error but when we open the drawing programmatically then getting error
