I've been running Express 4.0 since February this year without any problems. All over sudden I'm asked to state Proxy Server and Port No for the program to be able to activate the program. I don't have a proxy server and the connection to internet is fine (as you can see ...). Anyway, it all ends by a message saying "No valid license for Creo Elements/Direct Modellin Express 4.0".
I'm running on Window 7 Home Edition and have not encountered this problem before.
Can anyone guide me to sorting this out?

I dont have much experience with the Personal edition i'm afraid, but when something works fine and then doesn't my first question is 'What's changed'?
If you can't think of anything that changed from it working to it not working, i would probably start with Anti Virus, firewall and possible windows updates?
Hopefully, you can get more detailed feedback from a Personal Edition engineer\user\developer
