Notebook/Layout edit value

Notebook/Layout: In previous versions (prior to Creo 3.0), users we're able to just double click in the table cell to edit the value of a parameter. Now when double clicking, the system tries to edit the parameter name instead of the value. Is this just a config setting or the new way of doing things? If the later can it be reset to the old way.
